ProspecPlus Génie-Conseil is a Quebec civil engineering firm located in Saint-Léonard. Founded in 2000, the team is now made up of professionals (engineers, technologists, inspectors and draftsmen) dedicated to providing you with the best building solutions. Our multidisciplinary competences allow us to master your project from A to Z.
Our inspection and appraisal work ensures strict compliance with the Building Codes in force and our engineering department is capable of creating the estimate plans necessary for the creation, optimization and upgrading of all your construction projects.
OUR HISTORY
Founder and Managing Director of ProspecPlus, Claude Guertin began his career as a carpenter-joiner when he acquired his passion for a job well done. Enthusiastic about building engineering, he graduated in civil engineering from École Polytechnique de Montréal in 1998. He made his debut with one of the largest Canadian companies, Nexacor/SNC Lavalin.
An entrepreneur in body and soul, he founded ProspecPlus in 2000. More than twenty years later, ProspecPlus is proud to have brought its building solutions to more than 5000 customers across the Belle Province such as the STM, Montreal Airport, Bell Canada, STL, city of Montreal and several other municipalities.
In addition to the firm’s projects, Claude Guertin is also a lecturer at the École de Technologie Supérieure (ranked second among engineering schools in Canada) where he teaches the building envelope course in the Construction Engineering department. .
He is also recognized by the courts as an expert witness in legal disputes.
